The practical skills I use to turn event intent into a calm, clean guest experience.
I look for friction points before guests feel them: entry pacing, check-in gaps, unclear signage, inventory misses, and staff placement.
Strong event support is shared situational awareness: who owns the moment, what changes, and how the team communicates it fast.
The back-of-house work should disappear into a smooth front-of-house experience.

I support live broadcast show days at Riot Games Arena for LCS and VCT, working as event staff across load-in, breakdown, guest flow, and merchandise operations. Each show day blends a live audience experience with a televised production, so every operational call has to hold up both in person and on camera.
When the merchandise line started backing up during a busy stretch, I started running orders ahead of checkout as a runner, so guests had their cart ready the moment they reached the register. The approach cut wait times enough that the team adopted it at the next end-of-day recap, and it's now part of how merch operations run on show days.
Moonlight Magic is Disney Vacation Club's after-hours takeover of Disney California Adventure Park for its members. I worked ticket booth operations and member issue triage during the 2025 event, which landed in the middle of disruption from that year's wildfires.
Many members arrived without valid tickets because of wildfire-related disruptions earlier that year. I partnered with Ticketing Managers to reissue tickets on the spot and reassigned Cast Members to keep operations moving, so members got faster resolution and wait times dropped under 15 minutes. I later advocated for digital tickets, which were implemented the following year.
At the University of San Francisco, I owned ticketing operations for campus athletic events at a 4,500+ capacity arena, managing staffing, entry systems, and stanchion layouts for game days.
Long wait times were hurting the guest experience, and inconsistent staffing made it worse. I used a floor plan to redesign the stanchion queue layout, scaled staffing and scanners to expected attendance, and introduced scheduling software so shifts and availability were communicated clearly. Guests spent less time in line, the arena filled faster, and staffing stabilized once everyone knew their shifts in advance.
